Precina has created a new patient and provider-centered approach to complex chronic disease care

Our approach combines a first-of-its-kind chronic disease triage tool for providers and patient and protocols for improved patient adherence using contemporary medicine, socio-ecological models, and health beliefs.  These are utilized in a sustainable business model for a new subspecialty of medicine for complex chronic disease that supports the practice of primary and specialty care, including mental health. Direct impacts include precise directives for key stakeholders, a blueprint for new and improved healthcare communities, and policy recommendations for national governments and global organizations.

Our Mission

We provide a better approach to complex chronic disease—improving quality and length of life for our patients, especially those with low income or in rural areas
